A Tn-polyagglutinability was observed in a 35 years old female patient with metrorrhagia. The A-like specificity of Tn-activated erythrocytes found simultaneously is especially significant, because this patient belonged to the blood group B, up till now, however, A-like findings have been described only for blood group O.
