Abstract
A method for studying the general opsonic function in human neutrophil phagocytosis is proposed. It is based on the estimation of neutrophil metabolic stimulation with heat-killed cells of Serratia marcescens in the presence of an opsonic substrate. The opsonic activity levels have been determined in 44 healthy donors.

提出了一种研究人类中性粒细胞吞噬作用中一般调理功能的方法。该方法基于在存在调理底物的情况下，用热灭活的粘质沙雷氏菌细胞评估中性粒细胞的代谢刺激。已测定了44名健康供体的调理活性水平。
