Abstract
The sera of 25 patients with bacteriological diagnosis of typhoid fever were analyzed to identify and measure the antibodies to S. typhi somatic antigens using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique (ELISA). The results were positive in all the serologic tests, with titers varying from 1:600 to 1:2500. Development and standardization of the technique, results of the intra-assay and inter-assay tests and their correlation to Widal's reaction are described in detail.

对25例经细菌学诊断为伤寒热的患者血清进行分析，采用酶联免疫吸附测定技术（ELISA）鉴定并检测抗伤寒沙门氏菌菌体抗原的抗体。所有血清学检测结果均为阳性，效价范围为1:600至1:2500。详细描述了该技术的开发与标准化、批内和批间试验结果及其与肥达反应的相关性。
