In forensic case work hair comparison till now almost exclusively is done qualitatively. To improve the evidence of hairs in this study cross sections are evaluated by means of a Leitz-A.S.M.. Following parameters are measured and tested for relevance: circumference, area, form factor, x-axis, y-axis. High intraspecific variability necessitates further studies.
在法医案件工作中，迄今为止毛发比对几乎完全是定性进行的。为了在本研究中提高毛发作为证据的效力，通过徕卡自动图像分析系统对毛发横切面进行评估。测量并检验了以下相关参数：周长、面积、形状因子、x轴、y轴。种内高度变异性使得有必要开展进一步研究。
