A method to analyze the camera renogram is described in a mathematical manner. It is based on a 6-compartment model, which simulates the hippurate in vivo kinetics. Results are transfer rate constants from which the tubular clearance (by multiplying with the plasma volume) and additionally excretory parameters can be derived. The method is quick and simple and needs a gamma-camera and a small data processing system only, but no special equipment and no blood sampling.
本文以数学方式描述了一种分析肾图的方法。该方法基于一个六房室模型,可模拟马尿酸的体内动力学。所得结果为转运速率常数,据此可推导出肾小管清除率(通过乘以血浆容积)以及其他排泄参数。该方法快速简便,仅需一台γ相机和一个小型数据处理系统,无需特殊设备,也无需采血。
