The functional activity of the transplanted (additional) liver and its efficiency in the treatment of critical hepatic insufficiency was studied in experiments on dogs. Without an immunosuppression being used the additionally transplanted liver manifests its functional activity in the recipient's organism within 4 days and is able to support the animal's life for 3-4 days.
在犬类实验中,对移植(额外)肝脏的功能活性及其治疗严重肝功能不全的效率进行了研究。在未使用免疫抑制的情况下,额外移植的肝脏在4天内在受体机体中表现出其功能活性,并能够维持动物生命3 - 4天。
