Biomechanical studies of stabilizing effect of cortico-cancellous-grafts showed that the resistance of internal fixation is not endangered acutely under a one-foot weight bearing situation. The stability of defectosteosynthesis was significantly raised not only when a lateral joist was left but also when a medial cortico-cancellous-graft was fixed. 29 patients with chronical defectosteitis were treated by internal fixation and cortico-cancellous-grafts on the opposite side to improve mechanical stability and to place biological material for bridging.
皮质骨-松质骨移植稳定作用的生物力学研究表明,在单足负重情况下,内固定的阻力不会受到急性威胁。不仅在保留外侧托梁时,而且在固定内侧皮质骨-松质骨移植时,缺损骨合成的稳定性都显著提高。对29例慢性骨缺损炎患者进行了内固定及对侧皮质骨-松质骨移植治疗,以提高力学稳定性并植入生物材料进行桥接。
