Abstract
Peripheral human T lymphocytes were measured by E-rosette tests and by a monoclonal antibody OKT3. PAN defining an antigenic determinant present on all mature T lymphocytes. The number of OKT3. PAN-positive lymphocytes correlated significantly with the number of rosette forming cells.
