There has been determined the phospholipid composition in HDLP2 and HDLP3 obtained from the blood plasma of males with different cholesterol (CS) level of HDLP. An increase in CS of HDLP is shown to be associated with the increase in a percentage of phosphatidylcholine, a proportion of phosphatidylcholine/sphingomyelin and a reduction of the percentage of sphingomyelin (mainly in HDLP2) and to a lesser extent--in HDLP3. A direct correlation has been established between the level of CS of HDLP obtained from the blood plasma of males living in 3 different geographical zones of the USSR and the indices of the phospholipid composition of HDLP2. Changes found in the phospholipid composition of HDLP3 in dysalphalipoproteidemia are associated with a difference in the triglyceride level of the blood plasma.
已测定了从不同高密度脂蛋白（HDL）胆固醇（CS）水平的男性血浆中获得的HDLP2和HDLP3中的磷脂组成。结果表明，HDL的CS增加与磷脂酰胆碱百分比的增加、磷脂酰胆碱/鞘磷脂比例的增加以及鞘磷脂百分比的降低（主要在HDLP2中）相关，而在HDLP3中程度较小。在苏联3个不同地理区域生活的男性血浆中获得的HDL的CS水平与HDLP2的磷脂组成指标之间建立了直接相关性。在异常α脂蛋白血症中HDLP3的磷脂组成变化与血浆甘油三酯水平的差异有关。
