Malignant sacrococcygeal teratoma is rare in adults. diagnosis is difficult when the tumour is presacral located. A 42-year-old female patient underwent rectum extirpation with resection of a malignant sacrococcygeal teratoma. Histological biopsy and clinical staging did not show whether the teratomas were malignant or not. These tumours have to be resected totally, when necessary together organs of the pelvic region.
成人恶性骶尾部畸胎瘤罕见。当肿瘤位于骶前时诊断困难。一名42岁女性患者接受了直肠切除及恶性骶尾部畸胎瘤切除术。组织学活检和临床分期均未显示畸胎瘤是否为恶性。这些肿瘤必须完全切除，必要时连同盆腔区域的器官一并切除。
