The paper deals with the effect of fasting on the content and transport of potassium ions in the rat liver mitochondria as well as on oxidative phosphorylation. It is shown that the concentration of potassium ions in the mitochondria under fasting lowers by 20-30% at an average as compared to the control. The rate of potassium ions release from the mitochondria in the presence of DNP also lowers. It is found that the respiratory control ratio after 24-h fasting decreases and increases after 48-h fasting. Possible reasons of changes in the transport of potassium ions in the rat liver mitochondria in fasting are discussed.
本文探讨禁食对大鼠肝脏线粒体中钾离子含量、转运以及氧化磷酸化的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,禁食状态下线粒体中钾离子浓度平均降低20% - 30%。在存在二硝基苯酚(DNP)的情况下,线粒体释放钾离子的速率也降低。研究发现,禁食24小时后呼吸控制率下降,禁食48小时后则上升。文中讨论了禁食状态下大鼠肝脏线粒体中钾离子转运变化的可能原因。
