Synthesis of cellulase by Fusarium sp. in different culture conditions.

The mechanism of the synthesis of cellulases by Fusarium sp. strain was studied. It was found that a significant role in determination of cellulases is played by the adsorption of these enzymes on cellulose. The aeration level of the culture media had a significant effect on the synthesis as well as on the enzymatic complexity of cellulases.
