Using infrared spectroscopy and solubilization technique, studies have been made on serum albumin of the blood and albumin of the liver from rabbits at ages 30, 45, 90, 180 and 720 days. The data obtained indicate that serum albumin contains larger volumes of hydrophobic cavities, which results from its less rigid structure as compared with liver albumin. The rigidity of structure depends on the age of animals.
利用红外光谱和增溶技术,对30、45、90、180和720日龄家兔的血液血清白蛋白和肝脏白蛋白进行了研究。所获得的数据表明,血清白蛋白含有更大体积的疏水腔,这是由于其结构不如肝脏白蛋白刚性强所致。结构的刚性取决于动物的年龄。
