[Use of katamin AB in the preoperative treatment of the operation fields].

Under analysis were results of the application of an antiseptic drug katamin AB from the group of quaternary ammonium compounds for the treatment of the operation field in 435 patients. They have confirmed a high antimicrobial activity of the katamin AB, its continuous effect, simplicity, reliability and quick use. The author recommends it for the treatment of the operation field.
