[Exfoliative cytology by the Sayk sediment chamber method].

It is reported on methodical examinations by means of the sediment chamber technique after Sayk in the exfoliative cytology of tumours of the urinary bladder. By means of this technique the possibility of an improved cytomorphological judgment is given, since the criterial of the enrichment of cells, the immediate preparation of cells and the avoidance of mechanical damages by centrifugation are guaranteed.
