Intravascular bronchioloalveolar tumor.

We report clinical and histologic characteristics of a case of a recently described, rare pulmonary neoplasm. This entity, intravascular bronchioloalveolar tumor, is often misdiagnosed as a result of lack of awareness of both its clinical presentation and unique morphologic appearance. Histologic features in our case lend support to a vascular origin of this tumor.
