A technique based on the indirect haemagglutination for the study of antitetanus immunity was developed. The test implies the use of turkey formolated, tanned and tetanus toxoid sensitized erythrocytes, subsequently lyophilized. Some details on the technical modalities of the test, on the sensitivity of the technique and the criteria for the interpretation of the results are reported.
