Starting from a survey of the present knowledge of morphological, immunological and biochemical characteristics of lymphocytes degenerated in leukamic respect and their kinetics, proposals are made for the pathogenesis of chronic lymphatic leukaemia (CLL). The fact that a progressing restriction of the functional immunological variety will occur in the typical CLL is discussed. Besides normal T and B cells there are elements similar to B and T cells whose percentage of proportion changes in the course of the illness with diminution of function and increasing immunological defect.
从对白血病方面退化淋巴细胞的形态学、免疫学和生化特征及其动力学的现有知识调查出发,提出了慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)的发病机制。讨论了在典型的CLL中功能免疫学多样性将出现逐渐受限这一事实。除了正常的T细胞和B细胞外,还有类似于B细胞和T细胞的成分,其比例在疾病过程中会随着功能减退和免疫缺陷增加而发生变化。
