Abstract

Two cases of cerebral abscess caused by Cladosporium bantianum are described. One patient was a 50-year-old man who presented after experiencing symptoms for five years, while the other was a 6-month-old child. In both patients the fungus was identified in the material submitted for histopathological examination, and in 1 case it was cultured. Although no antifungal therapy was administered, the child has improved and is doing well ten months after the operation.

本文描述了两例由半知菌引起的脑脓肿病例。一名患者为50岁男性，出现症状五年后就诊，另一名患者为6个月大的婴儿。在两名患者提交的用于组织病理学检查的材料中均发现了该真菌，其中1例进行了培养。尽管未给予抗真菌治疗，但该婴儿术后十个月病情已改善且状况良好。
