In patients with perforated duodenal ulcer the choice of the operating method is made according to the security for the patient, the indication during the operation and the experience and the training of the surgeon. After representation of the own cases and the results after oversewing and resection the personal point of view is defined. Patients with bad initial condition, progressively peritonitis and advanced age and treated with oversewing. In patients with lokal peritonitis, good general condition and a long anamnesis of the ulcer a resection is made. A vagotomia was not performed in patients with perforated duodenal ulcer.
对于十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者，手术方法的选择取决于患者的安全性、手术中的指征以及外科医生的经验和培训情况。在介绍了自身病例以及缝合和切除术后的结果后，确定了个人观点。初始状况较差、有进行性腹膜炎且年龄较大的患者采用缝合治疗。对于有局限性腹膜炎、一般状况良好且有溃疡长期病史的患者，则进行切除手术。十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者未行迷走神经切断术。
