The objective of this study was to determine if magnesium citrate solution given concurrently with activated charcoal would affect charcoal's in vitro ability to bind aspirin. Aspirin and charcoal were mixed in simulated gastric fluid and simulated intestinal fluid, and then magnesium citrate solution was added in proportions simulating those encountered clinically. Results indicate that no clinically significant interaction occurs between magnesium citrate and activated charcoal in either fluid, and that these two agents can be given simultaneously without decreasing the binding capacity for aspirin.
本研究的目的是确定柠檬酸镁溶液与活性炭同时使用是否会影响活性炭在体外结合阿司匹林的能力。将阿司匹林和活性炭在模拟胃液和模拟肠液中混合,然后按照模拟临床实际情况的比例加入柠檬酸镁溶液。结果表明,在这两种液体中,柠檬酸镁与活性炭之间均未发生具有临床意义的相互作用,并且这两种药物可以同时给药而不会降低对阿司匹林的结合能力。
