The range of fusion was measured with the synoptophore with different objects in 100 students. The visual acuity of the tested persons was reduced monocularly and binocularly by fogging occluders. The range of fusion decreases more strongly in the case of monocularly reduced vision than in the case of binocularly reduced vision to the same degree. Therefore it is not the absolute value of the reduced vision which is responsible for the decrease in the range of fusion but rather the difference between the visual acuity of both eyes. This result is important for the therapy with fogging occluders, prism foils and penalisation methods.
使用同视机对100名学生进行不同视标的融合范围测量。通过雾视遮挡器单眼和双眼降低受测者的视力。单眼视力降低时融合范围的减小比双眼同等程度降低时更明显。因此,融合范围减小的原因不是视力降低的绝对值,而是双眼视力之间的差异。这一结果对于雾视遮挡器、三棱镜薄膜和压抑疗法具有重要意义。
