The failure of conservative treatment in severe acute hemorrhagic-necrotizing pancreatitis is one main reason for operative treatment of the diseases by removal of the necrotic masses. In cases of partial necrosis of the pancreas, mortality was significantly reduced by operative treatment; in subtotal and total necrosis only a few patients survived. Early diagnosis and early operation should be done before life-threatening complications occur.
重症急性出血性坏死性胰腺炎保守治疗失败是通过切除坏死组织对该病进行手术治疗的一个主要原因。在胰腺部分坏死的病例中，手术治疗可显著降低死亡率；在胰腺次全坏死和全坏死的病例中，仅有少数患者存活。应在危及生命的并发症出现之前进行早期诊断和早期手术。
