Haemorrhage into a pheochromocytoma in an anticoagulant-treated patient.

Bleeding in a pheochromocytoma after anticoagulant therapy is described. The symptomatology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis are surveyed. The importance of computed tomography, possibly with the addition of angiography, in the diagnosis of this rare condition is emphasized.
