Abstract
Twenty-one observations of cardiac myxomas (17 samples of operation material, 4 autopsies) were studied. Among them, 18 cases were located in the left atrium, 2 in the right atrium, 1 in the right ventricle. Macro- and microscopic characteristics of cardiac myxomas are presented. No signs of an organized thrombus were found. These studies confirm the current concept of cardiac myxoma as a neoplastic process.

对21例心脏黏液瘤进行了研究（17份手术材料样本，4例尸检）。其中，18例位于左心房，2例位于右心房，1例位于右心室。介绍了心脏黏液瘤的大体和微观特征。未发现机化血栓的迹象。这些研究证实了目前关于心脏黏液瘤是一种肿瘤性病变的概念。
