Abstract
The paper describes a method for measuring UV-absorbing admixtures in preparations of D-nucleosides, nucleoside-5'-mono- and triphosphates by chromatographic separation on Silufol UV-254 plates and elution of the separated compounds by means of a modified descending chromatography followed by spectrophotometric measurement of optic density.
