The glycoprotein content of the bone tissue was examined by means of the aldehyde-bisulphite-blue (ABT) reaction. It was found that the glycoprotein content showed variations during bone formation and necrosis. This was particularly characteristic in the osteocyte capsule where vicinal OH moieties changed in amount and orientation. The method allows to determine the relative age of the bone tissue.
采用醛-亚硫酸氢盐-蓝(ABT)反应法检测骨组织的糖蛋白含量。结果发现,在骨形成和坏死过程中,糖蛋白含量存在变化。这在骨细胞囊中表现得尤为明显,其中相邻的羟基部分在数量和方向上发生了变化。该方法可用于确定骨组织的相对年龄。
