Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isoenzyme spectrum was studied in blood serum of healthy persons (50), cancer patients (337) and patients with benign tumors and chronic inflammatory diseases (94). The total LDH activity was found to be unchanged. In patients with cancer of different localizations (63%) the LDH-5: LDH-1 coefficient turned out to be elevated. This observation allowed us to specify the range of the coefficient values from 0.07 and more, which is characteristic of cancer patients only. The corresponding values for healthy subjects and patients with benign tumors and chronic inflammatory processes would be 0.07.
对50名健康人、337名癌症患者以及94名患有良性肿瘤和慢性炎症疾病患者的血清进行了乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）同工酶谱研究。发现总LDH活性未发生变化。在不同部位癌症患者中（63%），LDH - 5:LDH - 1系数升高。这一观察结果使我们能够明确该系数值范围为0.07及以上，这是癌症患者独有的特征。健康受试者以及患有良性肿瘤和慢性炎症的患者的相应值为0.07。
