Abstract
Twenty-eight patients with a traumatic peroneal-tendon dislocation treated surgically were clinically evaluated after an average follow-up interval of 6.8 years. Excellent results were obtained in all but one patient. Surgical treatment is recommended when dislocation recurs after initial treatment.

对28例接受手术治疗的创伤性腓骨肌腱脱位患者进行了平均6.8年的临床随访评估。除1例患者外，其余患者均取得了良好的效果。当初次治疗后脱位复发时，建议采取手术治疗。
