输尿管滑石肉芽肿：一例报告

A patient presented with symptoms of ureteric colic. At laparotomy a ureteric stricture was found which was presumed to be tuberculous, but histological examination proved it to be a talc granuloma, the talc having been introduced as a glove powder 20 years previously during a hysterectomy operation.

一名患者出现输尿管绞痛症状。剖腹探查时发现一处输尿管狭窄，推测为结核性，但组织学检查证明是滑石肉芽肿，滑石粉是20年前在子宫切除术中作为手套粉末引入的。
