Abstract

Lipid soluble antioxidants, butylated hydroxytoluene and vitamin E, were shown to suppress cytotoxicity induced by cholesterol-derived photoproducts in Chinese hamster embryo cells. These cholesterol-derived photoproducts were rather toxic.

脂溶性抗氧化剂丁基羟基甲苯和维生素E,已被证明可抑制中国仓鼠胚胎细胞中胆固醇衍生光产物诱导的细胞毒性。这些胆固醇衍生光产物具有相当大的毒性。
