Abstract

In experiments on cats the effect of neurotropic drugs on the baroreceptor reflexes changes produced by stimulation of the hypothalamus was investigated. It is shown that diazepam, pentobarbital and oxylidin decrease vasomotor responses under hypothalamic stimulation not only because of the depression of the descending activation of the spinal cord vasomotor neurones processes, but also as a result of suppression of the baroreceptor reflexes hypothalamic regulation. Clonidine and dopegyt had no influence on the baroreflexes hypothalamic regulation.

在对猫的实验中,研究了神经营养药物对下丘脑刺激所产生的压力感受器反射变化的影响。结果表明,地西泮、戊巴比妥和奥昔利定在下丘脑刺激下降低血管运动反应,不仅是因为脊髓血管运动神经元下行激活过程受到抑制,还由于压力感受器反射的下丘脑调节受到抑制。可乐定和多潘立酮对压力反射的下丘脑调节没有影响。
