Abstract
An automatic continuous flow method is described for assay of plasmatic and urinary urea after hydrolysis by urease followed by NH4 assay with glutamic deshydrogenase in the same working solution. Precision and accuracy, comparison with chemical diacetylmonoxim method are studied. The interaction of endogenous NH4, the cost of the method are calculated.
