The author examined the protective and therapeutic effect of furanthril, administered singly or in combination with glaucine (tetrametoxiaporfin), in rabbits with lung oedema, induced by adrenaline. He found that the combination furanthril-glaucine showed strong protective and therapeutic effect in rabbits with lung oedema, induced by adrenaline and this effect was more manifested in comparison with the single administration of furanthril.
