Abstract

Fibromatosis colli is a distinctive form of fibromatosis that develops in the sternocleidomastoid muscle of the newborn. When the diagnosis is certain, the treatment of choice is frequent passive stretching of the sternocleidomastoid muscle. Open tenotomy or excision of the mass may be needed if the problem persists beyond the age of 6 months. A case report is presented, and the literature is reviewed.

颈部纤维瘤病是一种特殊类型的纤维瘤病，发生于新生儿的胸锁乳突肌。确诊后，首选的治疗方法是经常对胸锁乳突肌进行被动拉伸。如果问题持续到6个月以上，可能需要进行开放性肌腱切断术或切除肿块。本文报告一例病例并复习相关文献。
