Abstract

A simple and rapid method for the determination of cholesterol in human serum lipoproteins (VLDL, LDL, HDL2, and HDL3) was described. The contents of cholesterol of lipoprotein fractions from a very small amount of serum (20 microliter) can be determined by the enzymatic assay after separation by high performance liquid chromatography in less than 50 min. The method is very useful for studying lipoprotein metabolism and related diseases.

描述了一种测定人血清脂蛋白(极低密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白2和高密度脂蛋白3)中胆固醇的简单快速方法。通过高效液相色谱分离后,采用酶法测定,仅需20微升极少量血清中的脂蛋白组分胆固醇含量,耗时不到50分钟。该方法对于研究脂蛋白代谢及相关疾病非常有用。
