Trauma in late pregnancy. A report of 15 cases.

Fifteen patients who had sustained trauma in the last trimester of pregnancy were studied at the Baragwanath Hospital, Johannesburg. The presentation, management and outcome of the pregnancies are briefly discussed, and the relevant literature is reviewed.
