Abstract
Total IgE serum levels were determined by the radioimmunosorbent method (RIST) in 18 patients with strongyloidiasis presenting mild or asymptomatic disease. Results showed elevated IgE serum levels in 7 out of 18 patients (38.8%), ranging from 150 to 3600 ng/ml with a mean concentration of 973 ng/ml.
摘要
采用放射免疫吸附试验（RIST）测定了18例轻度或无症状类圆线虫病患者的血清总IgE水平。结果显示，18例患者中有7例（38.8%）血清IgE水平升高，范围为150至3600 ng/ml，平均浓度为973 ng/ml。
