Reported in this paper is a case of double traumatic rupture in the fundus of the uterus. The patient concerned was in the 36th week of pregnancy, when she fell from a height of three metres. The child was delivered dead from the peritoneal cavity by abdominal section. Supracervical uterus amputation was performed on the woman who survived.
本文报道了一例子宫底部双创伤性破裂的病例。相关患者处于妊娠36周时，从三米高处坠落。通过剖腹手术从腹腔中取出的胎儿已死亡。对存活下来的该名女性实施了宫颈上子宫切除术。
