Sera from 277 patients with hepatitis hospitalized in the Clinic of Infectious Diseases of Ankara Medical School and their 36 relatives were examined for HbsAg by counter-immunoelectrophoresis and passive haemagglutination tests. It was concluded that passive haemagglutination test is cheaper and more sensitive than counter-immunelectrophoresis.
对安卡拉医学院传染病诊所收治的277例肝炎患者及其36名亲属的血清进行了对流免疫电泳和被动血凝试验,以检测乙肝表面抗原(HbsAg)。得出的结论是,被动血凝试验比对流免疫电泳更便宜且更灵敏。
