Intramural duodenal haematoma was diagnosed in an otherwise healthy boy after blunt injury to the epigastrium. Conservative treatment was instituted, as the patient did not exhibit signs of duodenal rupture or other intraabdominal damage. For 17 days there were symptoms and signs of high intestinal obstruction, at the outset manifest, but later intermittent. The diagnosis was confirmed by radiography at an early stage of the treatment, and the conservative therapy was performed without complications until complete recovery.
一名原本健康的男孩在上腹部受到钝性损伤后被诊断为壁内十二指肠血肿。由于患者未表现出十二指肠破裂或其他腹腔内损伤的迹象，因此采取了保守治疗。在17天的时间里，出现了高位肠梗阻的症状和体征，起初明显，但后来呈间歇性。在治疗早期通过放射学检查确诊，保守治疗直至完全康复均未出现并发症。
