The effect of calcitonin (CT) on the serum and liver calcium is examined in rats ligated the bile duct. The subcutaneous administration of CT (80 MCR mU/100 g BW) significantly prevented the increase of serum calcium concentration after a single oral injection of calcium (50 mg/100 g BW) to sham-operated rats. But the ligation of bile duct prevented the hypocalcemic effect of CT. Meanwhile, CT significantly increased the liver calcium content after the calcium injection to sham-operated rats. However, the liver calcium content after CT administration was markedly elevated by the ligation of bile duct in comparison with that of sham-operated rats. The present results suggest that the liver calcium increased by CT administration secretes into the bile.
在结扎胆管的大鼠中研究了降钙素(CT)对血清和肝脏钙的影响。对假手术大鼠单次口服钙(50mg/100g体重)后,皮下注射CT(80MCR mU/100g体重)可显著防止血清钙浓度升高。但胆管结扎可阻止CT的降钙作用。同时,对假手术大鼠注射钙后,CT可显著增加肝脏钙含量。然而,与假手术大鼠相比,胆管结扎后CT给药后的肝脏钙含量明显升高。目前的结果表明,CT给药增加的肝脏钙分泌到胆汁中。
