The effect of 4-day fasting was studied in male Wistar rats (200-150 g) sensitized by ovalbumin on anaphylaxis manifestations in vivo, antigen-dependent histamine secretion by mast cells in vitro, concentration of serum specific IgG antibodies. The fasting ended by a shocking allergen dose. It is shown that in the condition of food deprivation anaphylactic severity significantly lowered as well as antigen-dependent histamine secretion by mast cells. No changes were seen in the levels of specific antibodies in the serum.
研究了4天禁食对经卵清蛋白致敏的雄性Wistar大鼠(200 - 150克)体内过敏反应表现、体外肥大细胞抗原依赖性组胺分泌以及血清特异性IgG抗体浓度的影响。禁食以给予冲击性变应原剂量结束。结果显示,在食物缺乏的情况下,过敏反应严重程度显著降低,肥大细胞的抗原依赖性组胺分泌也减少。血清中特异性抗体水平未见变化。
