[The treatment of deep burn of children's hands with early tangential excision and full-thickness skin grafting].

Eighteen cases (21 hands) with full-thickness burn have been treated with tangential excision and full-thickness skin grafting at early stage since 1990. All the hands recovered with good appearance and function. The method and its indications were summarized.
