Abstract
Eighteen cases (21 hands) with full-thickness burn have been treated with tangential excision and full-thickness skin grafting at early stage since 1990. All the hands recovered with good appearance and function. The method and its indications were summarized.

自1990年以来，18例（21只手）全层烧伤患者接受了早期削痂和全厚皮片移植治疗。所有患手外观及功能恢复良好。总结了该方法及其适应证。
