Our studies suggest that children with primary diffuse glomerulonephritis have some peculiarities in the presentation of certain HLA antigens, their phenotypical and haplotypical combinations relevant to the disease risk and course variants prognosis. Children whose tissue antigens refer them to high risk group in relation to glomerulonephritis require continuous monitoring of clinical, laboratory and immunological parameters. Tissue typing can detect children predisposed to developing acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, prompt optimal treatment and follow-up policy, predict trends in the disease course.
我们的研究表明，原发性弥漫性肾小球肾炎患儿在某些HLA抗原的表现、与疾病风险及病程变异预后相关的表型和单倍型组合方面存在一些特点。其组织抗原提示与肾小球肾炎相关的高风险组的患儿需要持续监测临床、实验室和免疫学参数。组织分型可检测出易患急性和慢性肾小球肾炎的患儿，促使采取最佳治疗和随访策略，预测疾病病程趋势。
