Within the last years day ambulatory surgery in Germany is increasing in quantity and quality because of the 'Gesundheitsstrukturgesetz' (GSG). This legitimates the claim for procedures to ensure quality. Even regarding the existing norms for the quality of structure and procedure day surgery is limited. In each individual case the surgeon and the patient have to decide whether all the conditions for an ambulatory operation are fulfilled.
在过去几年里，由于《健康结构法》（GSG），德国的日间门诊手术在数量和质量上都有所增加。这使得对确保质量的程序的要求具有了正当性。即使是关于现有的结构和程序质量规范，日间手术也是有限的。在每个具体案例中，外科医生和患者都必须决定是否满足门诊手术的所有条件。
