We have shown the coverage of periodic health examinations made in children aged between 0 and 14 years old in Aragón during 1991, comparing with results obtained at national level and results obtained during 1990.
A descriptive transversal study was developed by reviewing clinic records of 9 primary health centers selected by systematic sampling. Sampling consisted on 436 histories.
Main results were: age of child in the first visit: 83.5% below 1 month; metabolic disease screening: no data on 31.8%; DTP-polio: no data on 20.9%; triple viric: no data on 24.3%.
Obtained data showed better results than those at national level. We should improve the metabolic diseases screening and vaccinations recording system.
我们展示了1991年阿拉贡地区0至14岁儿童定期健康检查的覆盖率，并与全国水平的结果以及1990年获得的结果进行了比较。
通过回顾9个通过系统抽样选择的初级卫生保健中心的临床记录开展了一项描述性横断面研究。抽样包括436份病历。
主要结果如下：首次就诊时儿童的年龄：83.5%低于1个月；代谢疾病筛查：31.8%无数据；白百破-脊髓灰质炎疫苗接种：20.9%无数据；三联病毒疫苗接种：24.3%无数据。
获得的数据显示结果优于全国水平。我们应改进代谢疾病筛查和疫苗接种记录系统。
