The article summarizes the experience of antiepidemic support of combat operations of the Soviet troops in Afghanistan. The basic antiepidemic principles which were worked out during the Great Patriotic war are still actual and must be used in organization of antiepidemic measures in local wars and military conflicts. The following aspects are of most practical significance in this matter: sanitary-epidemic reconnaissance, pre-operational readiness of troops, preventive measures to interdict the spreading of the infection to the cantonment areas when the units return from combat operations.
本文总结了苏联军队在阿富汗作战的抗疫保障经验。伟大卫国战争期间制定的基本抗疫原则至今仍然适用，在局部战争和军事冲突中的抗疫措施组织工作中必须加以运用。在此方面，以下几点具有最重要的现实意义：卫生防疫侦察、部队战前准备、部队从战斗行动返回时防止感染扩散至宿营地的预防措施。
