125I-labelled fibrinogen kinetics has been studied in 73 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Of them, 53 subjects underwent hemosorptions or hemosorptions combined with plasmapheresis. Fibrinogen metabolism in RA patients appeared enhanced versus healthy controls. It was observed that hemosorption treatment or its combination with plasmapheresis produce positive changes in clinical and laboratory RA parameters, improve fibrinogen metabolism. The study of fibrinogen kinetics is useful in assessing efficacy of on-going treatment.
对73例类风湿关节炎(RA)患者进行了¹²⁵I标记纤维蛋白原动力学研究。其中53例患者接受了血液吸附或血液吸附联合血浆置换治疗。与健康对照组相比,RA患者的纤维蛋白原代谢似乎增强。观察到血液吸附治疗或其与血浆置换联合治疗可使RA的临床和实验室参数产生积极变化,改善纤维蛋白原代谢。纤维蛋白原动力学研究有助于评估正在进行的治疗效果。
