Abstract
Prostaglandin F2alpha and E2 contents in human cerebrospinal fluid were determined by the radioisotope dilution method. The mean values of PGF2alpha and PGE2 of men were 9.8+/-0.87 ng/ml and 6.5+/-1.39 ng/ml, respectively. Those of women were 8.3+/-1.4 ng/ml and 6.9+/-1.72 ng/ml, respectively. The correlation between age and PG was significantly with PGE2 of men and with PGF2alpha of women.

采用放射性同位素稀释法测定人脑脊液中前列腺素F2α和E2的含量。男性PGF2α和PGE2的平均值分别为9.8±0.87 ng/ml和6.5±1.39 ng/ml。女性的平均值分别为8.3±1.4 ng/ml和6.9±1.72 ng/ml。年龄与前列腺素之间的相关性在男性中与PGE2显著相关，在女性中与PGF2α显著相关。
